Any cancellation, postponement or partial cancellation should be advised to the management of the hotel in writing.
The cancellation charge for Food and Beverage will be 50% within 7 days of the event and 100% within 48 hours of the event.

Accommodation Cancellations and No-Shows
Reservations that are cancelled or reduced in length of stay, or numbers, are subject to cancellation charges and no-show fees at the discretion of the Hotel and are as follows:

• For any cancellation or reduction in number between 14 and 35 days from noon on the date of accommodation – 15% of the value of the booking
• For any cancellation or reduction in number between 14 and 2 days from noon on the date of accommodation – 33% of the value of the booking
  In case of cancellation within 48 hours from noon to the date of accommodation, or in case of no-show – 100% of the value of the booking

For Child (ren) accompanying adult in same room: Age:

• Upto 3 years sharing with adult/s – No Charge
• Over 3 years up to 12 years sharing with 1 or 2 adults – Each child pays 50% of applicable per person adult double room rate.
• Over 12 years up to 16 years sharing with 1 or 2 adults – Each child pays 75% of applicable per person adult double room rate.
• Up to 16 years having exclusive use of room – Room will be charged at 75% of applicable full adult single/double/triple room rate.
